In September, an informal poll on social media showed that whiskey fans were clamoring for better communication about upcoming releases. We took that feedback seriously, and we are excited to provide details on our upcoming releases – not just the tasting notes and ABV, but also the what, the when, the where and the how much. This Winter season, we are bringing back WD O’Connell classics, and rolling out an exciting new single pot still to close out what has been an amazing year of growth for us!

Our Bourbon & Rye Series is one of a small line of single grain Irish whiskies, and this fourth release in the series will be as well-rounded and full-bodied as the previous three. With the distinct vanilla, honey and caramel notes of a grain, and a vibrant oak spice finish, Bourbon & Rye is certain to add character to your whiskey library.

Single Malt Irish Whiskey

The 13-Year All-Sherry Single Malt was created by Bushmills in 2008. Fully matured in an Oloroso sherry butt, there is an aroma of dates dusted with white pepper, flaked almonds & crushed grapes. Crystallised ginger, caramelised banana, clove spices & sherry-soaked raisins on the palette give way to a medium finish with toasted oak, dark chocolate & roasted hazelnuts.

Pedro Ximénez Cask Series
19 Years Old
Single Malt Irish Whiskey
Release Date: December 4
This 19-year old single malt was initially matured in first-fill bourbon barrels, before we created a small batch that we aged for a further 24 months in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The successor to last year’s PX 18, it has a rich cocoa nose with white pepper spices, raisings & toasted oak. This year, we brought the whiskey back down to a manageable 46%, and the result is outstanding.
