Named after Choill Mhic Thomáisín - the ancient woodland townland that now calls our new home in Kilmacthomas, Co. Waterford - Tomásín is the fourth chapter in our ongoing exploration of a signature pot still character.
Distilled at Great Northern Distillery in 2017, this single cask expression was initially matured in an ex-bourbon cask before being transferred to a Ruby Port cask for four years to complete its journey. The result is a whiskey shaped by layers of time and oak - one that carries the cumulative wisdom of every cask style we have worked with across our previous releases.
