The final release is a Single Malt, initially matured in ex-bourbon casks, and finished in Amontillado casks. It has been matured for a minimum of 5 Years. This series has celebrated our favourite styles of Sherry wines and how they interact with Single Malt Irish Whiskey using the finest Bodega Casks.
