Distilled at Cooley Distillery in 2002, this is a rare example of mature Irish single malt from one of the country's most historically significant distilleries. Twenty-four years in bourbon wood has produced something unhurried and complete - dried fruit, soft spice, and a depth that only time can build. The ABV of 52% retains presence without heat, delivering a long, considered finish.
A single cask exclusive from W.D. O'Connell. Bottled at cask strength, non-chill filtered, natural colour. Limited availability of 100 bottles.
