Distilled at Great Northern Distillery in 2016, this ten year old single malt has spent its entire maturation in a first-fill bourbon cask. Double distillation brings a refined, clean spirit to the barrel - the decade in bourbon wood does the rest, adding vanilla, toasted oak, and a gentle sweetness that frames the malt character without overpowering it.
Bottled at cask strength, non-chill filtered, natural colour. A single cask exclusive from W.D. O'Connell - 500ml, 56% ABV.
