Following the success of our first collaboration with Western Herd Brewery, we are back with another of our greatest hits – From Clare To Here, Volume II. This very limited single cask has influences from ex-bourbon & stout casks, and at 54%, it has all the character of Volume I. For this release, we popped the spirit into a Rhum Agricole cask for 16 months, adding a new dimension to this crowd-pleaser. Enjoy!
